Absolute gem of a place right on the sea with stunning views. Peaceful and quiet. Only 10 mins from Old Town. Small supermarket and cafe/bar nearby. Lovely kind host always available. Perfect for relaxation and listening to the sea.

loved that there were satellite television, climate control and a microwave oven. a full kitchen was such a bonus. the host made our stay really comfortable.

The location is absolutely stunning, with a beachfront and beautiful garden that will leave you in awe. You can easily explore Zadar as the bus station is just around the corner. The apartment is well-equipped with all the amenities you need, including free Wi-Fi, free parking, electric kettle, and kitchen utensils. The air conditioning keeps you cool during hot summer days, and the flat-screen TV provides entertainment. The beach access is a plus, allowing for easy relaxation and enjoyment. a mind-blowing stay that exceeded our expectations!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is amazing, right on the waterfront with direct access to the beach. The view from the apartment was breathtaking, especially during the sunset. The apartment itself was spacious and well-furnished, with a fully-equipped kitchen. The parking facility was convenient, as I could park right in front of the building. The bus stop was also conveniently located in front of the hotel, making it easy to explore the city. In addition, the hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Loved the garden views and free WiFi, made my stay feel like a luxurious prison. The balcony was great for counting the leaves blocking my view of the sea.

Who needs a proper shower drain when you can bathe in soapy water? And let's not forget the charming mold in the shower and around the bathroom window!

I recently stayed at Apartments Lucija for a peaceful getaway and it was everything I needed. The apartment had a spacious and well-furnished interior, with an excellent kitchen. The best part was the fantastic sea view from the rooftop apartment. Parking was convenient and there was also a bus stop right in front of the building. The small market and coffee bar nearby were very convenient as well. it was great value in the low season and I would book again.

Distant beach view, blocked by cars.

Staying at Apartments Lucija was a dream come true. The location was perfect, with the hotel situated right on the waterfront. We loved waking up and being able to step out onto the beach within seconds. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, including a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the nearby bus stop made it easy to explore the surrounding area.

The only downside was the noise from neighboring buildings during our stay.

Garden views! It felt like stepping into a natural paradise just outside our balcony. The lush greenery and blossoming flowers were like a fairy tale come true. It was as if we were living in our own secret garden, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
